I'm Bob. I'm an Amateur Astronomer. I have a
Celestron 14"
SCT and a Televue NP127is with a Mountain MI-250 Go-To mount. I use a
Starlight Express SXV-H9C
CCD camera from Adirondack Video Astronomy, and a HyperStar
(on the 14") from
STARIZONA.
There is far too much light pollution where
I live, so I always have to transport it to a dark site. I made a
wagon to carry the 14", and use carry on luggage to transport
the mount. Maps, books, Heat tapes, Wiring harness, and
red flash lights are in the outside pockets of the two suit cases.
I'm an active
member of the
Central Pennsylvania Observers Astronomy Club in State College,
